Built with the industry - Co-Innovation in practice
The session’s core message was that successful corporate-startup collaboration is not a shopping exercise where a company selects a ready-made solution and plugs it in. Using the live case of Audi and alloqis, moderated with Campus Founders’ ecosystem perspective, the speakers showed that the real value came from co-innovation: identifying where a startup’s existing technology could be redirected toward a corporate pain point, proving it in a smaller context, and then expanding it into a business-relevant process. Moritz Hoeckner explained that winning Audi as a customer did not mean the hard work was over; it meant the work had just begun, because alloqis first had to make the cooperation successful despite Audi not needing the startup’s standard offering in its usual form.
