Examples of collaboration within the Cyber Resilience Network: the SME Cyber Emergency Line and Setting up an ISAC on Curacao
The core message of this session is that cyber resilience in the Kingdom of the Netherlands cannot be delivered by the National Cyber Security Center alone; it depends on structured public-private collaboration that can reach organizations at scale. Fokko Dijksterhuis opened by positioning the Cyber Resilience Network as a practical answer to a basic capacity problem: the Netherlands has approximately 2,400,000 organizations, many critical processes are privately operated, and early cyber threat signals often appear first inside companies. Rather than presenting only a policy concept, he framed the session around concrete collaboration examples: the SME Cyber Emergency Line and the development of an ISAC on Curaçao.
